Synopsis

The colors of my granddaughter's unicorn inspired me to make this quilt. This quilt came about because I forced myself to work with the colors I chose. The colors later showed me a crack. My quilts are wholly or largely improvised so that the colors have room to tell a story. I'm looking for specific colors and shades and more or less where those colors belong. Then, when my first child was born, I received a beautiful quilt as a gift, which inspired me to make a quilt for a good friend.
